Motherwell could give debuts to loan signings Jili Buyabu, Adam Devine and Jack Vale while Shane Blaney and Dan Casey may feature after recent injury lay-offs. Adam Montgomery and Callum Slattery are out long term and Jon Obika is unlikely to feature.

Ross County could give a full debut to Michee Efete. Captain Jack Baldwin and goalkeeper Ross Laidlaw missed the weekend loss by St Johnstone. Scott Allardice, Ross Callachan, Ryan Leak, Connor Randall and Dylan Smith remain out.

Rangers v Aberdeen (20:00)

Leon Balogun and Ryan Jack drop out of the Rangers squad, with the former seeing a specialist about a facial injury and Jack’s fitness being managed after a recent injury. Ben Davies is close to a return while Danilo, Kieran Dowell, Kemar Roofe and Abdallah Sima remain out.

Aberdeen defender Slobodan Rubezic is a long-term absentee.
